Kelly Baumgartner is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Illinois with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Elmhurst University.

Kelly has worked in school settings since 2021, providing speech and language therapy to children from kindergarten through fifth grade. She supports students with a wide range of communication needs, including expressive and receptive language delays, articulation and phonological disorders, childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), fluency disorders, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and those who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Her therapy is delivered in both individual and small-group settings, using collaborative approaches with educators and families to foster success across learning environments.

Kelly is especially passionate about AAC and empowering families to use communication systems confidently at home and school. She has experience with high-tech AAC tools including TouchChat and LAMP Words for Life.

She values building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families to create individualized, meaningful therapy experiences. Kelly believes that all communication is valid and works to support each child’s unique voice through compassionate, evidence-based care.

NADIA ALVAREZ FLODSTROM

Nadia is a pediatric occupational therapist dedicated to helping children build the foundational skills needed for everyday life. She takes an individualized approach, tailoring treatment to each child’s unique needs, with a focus on fostering independence and supporting families for long-term success.

She has experience working with children and adults ages 2–22 across school, ABA, outpatient pediatric, and private settings. Nadia understands how collaborative care between school and clinic settings enhances outcomes for children with a wide range of diagnoses and abilities. Nadia earned her B.S. in Community Health from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2011 and her M.S. in Occupational Therapy from Rush University in 2014. She has also provided professional training on sensory integration and autism for staff working with neurodiverse children.

Outside of work, Nadia enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga and meditation, and the outdoors.

Kyle Seanor is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Illinois with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. He earned his bachelor’s degree in sociology at Illinois State University and his master’s degree in speech-language pathology at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.

Kyle has been working as a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic since 2014. He specialized in the evaluation and treatment of speech and language disorders in children from birth to 18 years old, with a focus on the skills of receptive understanding, verbal and non-verbal communication, articulation/phonology, social/pragmatic language, fluency, feeding, and augmentative-alternative communication (AAC). He has experience working with children and young adults with a range of disorder types including speech/language delay, articulation/phonological disorders, autism spectrum disorder, childhood apraxia of speech, and Down syndrome.
